In November 2008, we were invited to present to a delegation from the Chinese Shipping Industry on our different approach to Performance Appraisal.

In short, our message was that Traditional Performance Reviews, Appraisal and Employees Incentive are:

We congratualte Trinity Anglican School as the latest school to become accredited users of the system.

Rachael Gilbert from BWM explains that since the introduction of the Anglican Schools Work Evaluation Protocol(c) in July 2007, the feedback she has received from the new users has been very positive. “They love the user-friendliness and ease-of-use of the Protocol(c) and are grateful for assistance in what has traditionally been a difficult area”, said Rachael.

Our News : Queensland Local Government Amalgamation

With the completion of the Local Government elections, the first stage of the Council amalgamation process is over. Over the next three years, Councils will be working towards consolidating systems and work practices inherited from the previously independent Councils and looking to gain the benefits of amalgamation.

BWM continues to work with a range of Councils in identifying possible improvements to the ways the new intergrated organisations will operate, particularly in the areas of Performance Management/Appraisal and Job Evaluation.
